As long as the course is very tight and someone else is riding a 125 4 stroke also it is fun. But if you are riding with bigger bikes...not really. They are fun to wheelie...

If you do go with a 125, you can always upgrade it with an exhaust, carb, high compression piston, BBK, suspension from the 85cc mx bike, etc. They do go pretty good when modded.

Its not gonna be raced or anything, just to learn on, hit some trails which allegedly exist, and some mx tracks for fun.

You might want to consult with Jen on this...but for the mx track I am pretty sure that you are going to upgrade the suspension. I know my DRZ125L will bottom out pretty damn easily and I am 135lbs.

She will be fine. As has already been said, the 125 4-strokes hold their value extremely well. They also can be a lot of fun. Remember also that the people saying the bikes are underpowered probably outweigh Leeza by a few pounds, which makes a HUGE difference on small bikes.

As I said I'm 6'1" and 190lbs and I still have a ball ripping my TT-R around. and again as I mentioned Matt Stone put stiffer springs front and rear on his TT-R and clears all the jumps at Crow Hill (well not the mega tables) no problem and embarrasess lots of big bikes. His TT-R has minimal mods (like new jets and airbox cover opened up)

I just came in from working on my TT-R
