    hessojinxedme

Jay, weirdest shit happened this weekend. You had asked me last week about a stripped/broke chain adjuster bolt and i mentioned that has never happened to me/nor have I had any trouble with a chain adjuster bolt setup.
Yesterday I came off last session riding mx and something felt weird, my chain was super slack. I look and my rear wheel is super crooked and the drive side chain adjuster bolt had snapped off! WTF aha

Woops. Both of mine had just bent on the 250 and 450 so when i tried to adjust them i couldn't budge them past a certain point. Snapping one though, damn you're hardcore.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

haha, the good thing is that the nut that tightens it is still there and it snapped at the top of that nut (not right in the swingarm), so it should all back out fine by loosening that nut (I hope)

huh, what would cause that? slightly loose axle bolt to allow movement?

weird. think i'll start dabbing a lil Loctite on those bolts. never had an issue before either but that kinda freeks me out if it happened on the Ape at speed. same basic setup.

ya really weird, the wheel ended up shifting so bad that my rear sprocket teeth all got ground down on the inside, like they are beveled and ruined now...good thing its a junk stock sprocket hehe
