ice cold?

How many real cold days in a row do you need to get ice thick enough to make it worth studding up the tires on Ashley?

3 or 4 days of 0 degree nights will make about 6" of ice which is fine for messing around on. I've had my quad on 3" of ice on the small shallow pond across from my house and it never even cracked

Sucks, i can't ride this weekend but maybe next weekend if it stays cold? I want pure ice, nothing snow covered

My Tacoma can ride on 3" of ice, though not safely.

I'm considering gettin the YZ250 back together so I can finally use them studs I bought a while back.....
