I should buy that KX125 and do this. Except I'm poor now. Maybe I'll come lug around on the KDX.
I went to MMI I know what Im doing here chief
KDX would be the better tool... doo eet![]()

HMMMMM I don't have the kid that weekend. I don't need street reg correct? If so I could do this I have been looking to race again this year I haven't gotten out enough.

Just Google'd where Chester is 😮
What's the registration process? I couldn't get much fel. The website other than the online option isn't an option.

yeah, Cheshire is out by Mt Greylock, not around the corner but beautiful area in the hills (for the most part). i worked/lived in the southern Berkshires for a while. morning coffee on Greylock was a luxury.
not sure on reg process but i'll dig around, i haven't attended a JDay event yet.

Sign up is easy day of the event for jdays, BUT ive heard the gp races have been filling classes since they instituted 50 max per class. Not sure if sprint classes have been filling up; i kinda doubt it and if they do, depending on your age and machine, its possible you could ride a different class if your first choice fills. I forget prices, they were reasonable and probably are on the website. You need a cheap transponder for under your visor (maybe 15 bucks?) and can choose between membership for just one round or the whole season. The whole shebang costs significantly less than one tire for a roadrace trackday.
welp, two have bailed ... Duncan, Jeff, how about you guys? in? or am i hitting this shite solo
73 and mostly sunny = mint

How did you sign up already it won't let me says pre reg not set up. I am not a JDAY member not sure if that makes a difference.

I didn't sign up yet, I'm not a member either. dropped them a note to ask about just showing up to run the Senior C class, no response yet. I'm assuming it will be similar to the one we just did with NETRA... day member pass fee + event fee + transponder fee = go race.

Yeah I'm out. Sad so sad. My to do list is too long; need tires and numbers and I haven't started on either yet. That also doesn't include my to do list at the house this weekend.
I'm absolutely in for the NETRA sprint-enduro in October.

Which Netra event is that?
Don't forget about the NESR NHMX weekend with Davo!!!!

so this fizzled but... drive out/back was amazing, sunrise just insanely beatiful, loved being back in the Berkshires, location was so, so sweet, reg easy but not cheap as a first timer, still loving the sprint format, J Day doesn't care what order you do which is nice (bake that memory), had a tough day, mixed classes fucked with my flow (faster riders = GET OUT OF THE WAY!!!!), i placed poorly but had an absolute blast, met great peeps and will do again. Nov 12th is the next session.
