Way back in high school I accidentally crashed my dirt bike into a small pond. After taking everything apart to get the water out and putting it back together, it ran better than it did before my crash.

hahaa. yup, with a 2-stroke you can pretty much flip it over, pull the plug, drain it then keep on riding.
