What happens in a foreclosure, do they just up and shut the doors or would the banks keep the business open under thir own management?
With a $1500 a year membership and select user groups (bikes), it's no wonder why they can't pay the bills. A faciltity like that needs to be open to day pass riders (pay by the day) and other user groups. There's strong support in both bike MX and quad MX, if you have a bike only place, you're cutting your business in half, and vise versaNEATVMX has made one visit to MotoTown

I honestly have no idea.
Racing America where I raced minimoto this summer just got shut down as well. Sheriff came in and took everything, including our Red Bull fridges and tables! haha. We had to call up and be like 'yo where's our stuff!!'

I heard about that as well. There was a guy organizing pit bike racing (I'm sure you knew that anyways) and I saw a post by him a couple days ago on another forum. My uncle used to race Karts thereOriginally posted by a13x

I agree with the Day Pass thing... IMO the dude is losing lots of $$ that way. I somewhat understand the reasoning.. but I don't think it's the hottest option. I think that he should have started with Day Passes and Memberships and if the millions of members felt it was 'too busy' then start scaling back the Day Passes a bit... or only have Day Passes on certain days (like Tuesday / Thursday / half of Saturday) or something.

We found out they are not in foreclosure - they had a lein put on the property from a disgruntled steel contractor.
Putting his hands in the air, like he just doesn't care.
