Quick question... isnt there one sticker/reg that you can get that will allow you to go in NH,MA,VT, and ME or something along those lines. Just in case you are riding and you cross boarders. IF that exist that would be awesome but if not you have to get reg for each state?
each state

Currently the answer to your question is unfortunately no.
How would each state get a piece of the money if they had one reg for all states?
I would guess that if you happen to run into a Fish and Game officer somewhere where you had been riding in one state and the trail took you to another that they might have some level of understanding and tell you to just head back to where you came from and not ticket you.
Thanks! and that kinda sucks though. But it makes sense. I didnt think when someone told me that, it was true. Too good to be true, mostly false![]()
The registration scheme kills me. To me, if you have a bike registered you have a registered bike. It shouldn't matter if it's on roads or trails.
What's next, registrations good for MA, except Boston. If you want to go into the city you need a separate reg for that. City roads are different than suburban roads after allm. Maybe a seperate reg to ride limited access highways vs surface streets.
Don't mind me, I'm just pissy I need 3 separate regs to ride one fucking bike legally without worrying about EPOs.

that's nothin'...move to CA where the $$$ per reg is outstanding!
I pay $194/year to street reg an '01 F-150!
and yes, my street plated dirt bike also needs an OHV reg to ride trails...MA/NH/VT/ME not so bad...

There's many different reasons why i won't live in Commiefornia. MA is bad enough as is.
