Putting numbers on for sure.. Great training 10 miles from home. I'm in. I was thinking of making a rogue run to WV to ride this weekend. Now this makes more sense

I like the 11am start...not excited about being paired up with junior A and B riders zipping by me. Lol

Snow is pretty much gone now here. We are expecting a bit on Friday but not enough to be a big deal.

So regular tires should be fine?

I almost took the bike out last week when it was nice out, but it was too icy in the woods.

    You will need spikes.

The ground is frozen with slime on top. There is still some ice in the woods and low spots.

Well. I entered. We will see how this goes. I talked to the promoter yesterday and the course is brand new so it should be interesting.

Well mother nature.. Fuck you.. Going to be pretty interesting Sunday now. This went from looking like a pretty cool event to a snow/mudder.. Time to put on my big boy pants I guess.

It was fun.. I am beyond out of shape for that pace. Which if we are being honest, I knew full well coming into the event.

The course was 100% tight woods which was cool as hell. Some areas had deep snow some were mostly bare from the tree canopy. The overall event was very very chill. There was a pretty solid turn out of riders for a snow race in a new series. Paul did a great job.

I pussied out after two laps. Not afraid to say it. Going to work on fitness more and go back for the next round..

I will say that the bike performed incredibly. I could have used long studs in the deep snow but the rallies did ok.

PS. I saw your twin there Rippah.
