First ride on the Oset went well, after he asked to ride his MX350 a bit more.

Decided to try his first obstacle…

Mixed. He had a dirt helmet he outgrew, his uncle is getting a new one. Otherwise just gloves and knee / elbow pads.

I know it's a stretch for you, but we have a pile of kids offroad helmets. I think we still have a couple chest protectors laying around too. If there's any interest I can check the stashes...

EDIT: Shit, we MAY still have a couple pairs of boots as well...

Only helmets left at this point. All kids sizes, small - medium. Seems every manufacturer uses their own size chart, so the sizes are kinda funky. Chest protectors are gone. But I'm told we may have a pair or two of boots and MAYBE some gloves.

They all need a major cleaning & some have a visor screw missing here & there, but that's small taters.

Is this the last race weekend? We're pretty booked this weekend, but MAY be able to sneak out & meet you somewhere. I'll check on the boots this afternoon too.

Here’s a thought… any places up your way where the kids could ride a bit? Nothing crazy we usually just find some park or field.

We’d have to make a trip out of it…

Scottie, been followin this rebuild and it's pretty rad. You did a great job freshening it up.

So 5 years from now, if it's still in good shape when the time comes to let it go, keep me in mind. We might be able to keep it alive and in the NESR family.

Hopefully by then the tech will have advanced into cooler bikes, but who knows... it's still a rad little build.

Unfortunately not so much anymore. The local public riding spot has been closed by landowners. Sad, sad, sad...
