Talking A few pictures from todays ride

Thanks again Bob for leading us around
It was great to see everyone there today, I know I sure had a blast

I only have a few pictures from today, kinda wish I took a picture of Todd going up that rock face but maybe next time.
Lunch stop at D&D, nothing like a chicken penini for lunch... haha

We sure took a lot of breaks today...

A ride isn't a ride if there isn't a broken bike involved and a camera to catch the moment

Did you guys ride Wrentham SF? I thought about trying to hook up, but I needed to replace my radiator and guards after meeting up with some trees a couple weeks ago. I'll be heading down CT in the morning for the last enduro of the season.

Thankfully the huge boulder I laid it over on only claimed the brake pedal, bent it back wards in half. I was able to bend it out with a wrench then push it the rest of the way with my foot.
It can be saved, a little heat with a torch and a bench vice should do it.
It could have been a lot worse, like a cracked case cover and leaking fluids.

We'll have to get some more action shots next time. Some of thos mud holes would have made for some good pics.

Went out for a few hours today in southern NH and any muscle above the knee is tapped. I don't think riding today really helped my elbow at all.

Not sure what kind of material it is but be careful if it's aluminum. Aluminum anneals at 850F or so........The pedal will be as soft as budda. If it is aluminum and you do use a torch ta straighten it, put it in an oven at 450F for about an hour or so to bring up the mechanical properties back up after you have made the repair.

A few pictures from todays ride

We did a 2 up street ride out in western mass today 178 miles of twisties and I am still sore from sat so today didn't help. At one point on the good section of 116 my foot fell a sleep but it was one corner right after the other so I had to wait til the end to wake it back up.

We found a dealer out in granby that had a v strom 650 for leah to sit on. That could very well be her next street bike come early spring time.
