The 250 R's, and the Tri-Z's are kind of collectable now..but I don't know why.
I have ridden several. As I recall, they had a steep learning curve, and did not like to stay on the trail very well. On the ice, it was a different story. I actually enjoyed riding them there. They were fairly stable in a slide, and wheelied like a bike.
The Tri-Z ate transmissions, but it was pretty mean looking.
