A broken collarbone?
Being so sore that you can't go to work for 3 days?
Being made to feel like you've never ridden a goddamn motorcycle before in your life?
Anyone have any other ideas?

So, how badly did Denno wipe out? pics of carnage?
Did anyone survive? If so, POST UP!
Wow - that was a good time! God that's challenging as all hell...
Pete, Athena, Alex, Ashley (wasssupp!) and James thanks for letting me crash the party! Great time and there is definitely a lot to learn... seems like a lot of seat time would do it...
So I came 8th in my class (C-Heavy) and finished a 3 Laps total between 2 races!!! :naughty: (8th out of 20+ isnt too bad:wink:)
James how did you do?:teehee:
As a side note, Athena, sorry about your bike dude...LOL
Thanks again,
Denno
Nice! What'd you do to the bike?
I havent taken a beating like that in my arms in a long time. My legs feel fine right now but my arms are still all pumped up.
I had fun for the little amount of riding I got in. I think I need to get a bit more seat time before I try the next one.
Dennis did well even though he had the cheater bike. That electric start must have made getting started on the hill easier after we tossed it.
The swill hole was swilly. Im glad Kates was there to help pull me out. I know it went a bit wrong when I heard "dont go that way!...ahh now youre stuck going that way."
James is a pussy, only one lap of a 2.1 mile course in the first heat, then spent the rest of the day cleaning the sand out his vagina. My 9 yo did one lap in each of his heats for a total of two on the day. Athena did 2 laps then one, Deeno went 2-1. I went 5-4 (they had to shorten the last heat due to day light) finished with a score of 2+2=4 for second in A senior. I had the lead in the second moto till just past the half, but bonked. I think I spent too much time in the Swill Hole getting Alex, Athena, James and Dennis out of the rocks, roots & mud. It was a great ride though, fast, rocks, roots, more rocks, more roots, and the Infamous Swill Hole. The .6 mile grass track was the only place to rest. They will have more in December, Jan. & Feb. It gets easier when the ground freezes, no puddles or mud. Start planning on snow tires too. Short studs for the frozen ground, Trelliborgs for the snow.

I didn't even take the bike out, so I'm a wuss. It was pretty nice out in the afternoon, though. Must have been a good day.
just noticed something.... SHORT COURSE!!!!!!????!?!?!?!?! Wtf
NETRA Championship courses are 7-12 miles and you run a set number of laps. The "C" class goes about 30-35 miles or about 1-1/2 hours. The B, A, and AA class goes about 55-60 miles or 2-1/2 hours. PSTR Short course was 2.1 miles and only 40 minute time limit. Man up Biotch!
