    Shouldn't have done it...

I rode Typeone's Husqvarna TC250 today. Oy, if only I hadn't done that! The bike handles like a dream. Super composed and balance in the knarly whoops. The motor is snappy and plenty powerful. The bike is really easy to ride fast. In four laps, I was carrying more speed through the rough stuff than I can on the KDX, and I wasn't even working hard. If reliability weren't such a question mark, I'd be searching for one right now.

On another note, I've finally zeroed in on a hot jetting setup for the KDX. Now I know why these things were so succesful. When properly setup, the motor is really amazing. smooth pull from the bottom to the top, quick revving with impressive acceleration. No more smoke, no more spooge out the pipe. If only the chasis could keep up!

It was fun riding the Husky. It's power rivals the DRz400 and the chassis makes the Suzuki feel even more pig-like.
