    Spark Arrestors

So I still have a stock exhaust on my 04 CRF250, I found out a public park allows dirtbikes anytime, but they must have a spark arrestor installed. Is there any way I can get one retrofitted? Or just easier to buy a new exhaust.

    Re: Spark Arrestors

I know most public places require an approved spark arrestor, but when my buddy used my KTM for an Enduro, all we did was go buy some stainless window screen and a big hose clamp at home depot, put the screen over the end of the the pipe and lock it in place with the hose clamp

I buy the little round mesh strainer thingie meant to fit over your kitchen sink drain. cut to the size of the hole in muffler, and press it in. It passes tech for netra enduros.

you just wrapped around the outside of the exhaust?
