I'm tired just from watching that! and I haven't ridden the wick in the new "old" direction. It does look fun though.
So what are the tech requirements for this? Can I do this on my dual-sport "street bike"? (CRF250L)
Tech. That was funny
Ok, maybe a I meant more something like: "Is this an appropriate bike for this event?"
good times! i had you for a FULL FOUR SECONDS in that moto :spit:
yeah, the 'original' direction is super fun, i like it better than 'backwards' (the direction that vid is going). hope to do another ride day out there again this season. we had a skeleton crew last year.
Do it on bald street tires Roland.
So much want.... I need a bike first. And gear. And some idea of what I'm doing off pavement...
Twist this to go.

There, you're good.
I think ya'll vastly underestimate my potential for targeting trees with lazer like precision.
Passing opportunity!
I was going to say that video is backwards, haha. I grew up in Southwick and it was always run with a right after the start gates. The big spectator jump right in front of the VFW building was from left to right as you watched. I actually don't know that ever went to an event since they started to run it "backwards", it's been a while that's for sure.
I think I had a total of 4 days EVER on the trails before I tackled Stimilon. Still ear to ear grin thinking back.
Sounds like it's worth skipping a Summit Point
Smutty stills has my vagungles
