Last year I thought I would be in good shape for 2 classes, since I was running 5 miles a few times a week. Yea, NO! Kicked my fuckin' ass!
See what happens when you only ride once or twice a year? Hell, I have to replace my tires before the race because they have DRY ROT and the knobs are flaking off.
Signed up for Keepin it real and Old 30C, but probably just play with the 2-smokers so I don't have a heart attack. Drinkin beer over riding is more my style now that I'm no longer a kid.
