First round was sorta weird. I'm not really sure who the players will be. But Barcia's mistake was odd, then Ciancurillo made an equal mistake, but they never fought with each other.
Bam Bam wasn't even sweaty when he took his helmet off! I was like WTF? I would be soaked from head to toe.
i thought it was a good race but def odd the big players were in back ... track was crazy tight so Barcia's mistake, if that's the one you mean, was inevitable by someone. surprised it didn't happen more ... Cianciarulo got super lucky, that could have been Roczen bad. pucker!
on fatigue at the end, you could tell who was a veteran and who the noob was for sure
seemed that track required extra smooth + patient riding, like real controlled. corners were weird, whoops were weird, i wasn't into the layout at all.

Wow, Ken Roczen has been through the ringer. These guys push the limits, and I'm not sure everyone is genetically capable of sustaining that.

dude is incredibly dedicated ... they all are ... i'm still in shock that he made it back after Anaheim 2 in '17. jesus that was gnarly

Ferrandis, Craig, Lawrence. I think Vital MX had a meltdown of arguments of aggressive riding, vs racing incidents, vs throw Ferrandis out of the country. I thought it was aggressive racing by a guy going for the win. Jett Lawrence is exciting to watch. How long did he ride that front wheel before he went down??

i was rooting for the kid. looks like his season has ended before it really starts though. flew too close to the sun
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

I hope he will be around for a while. Settle his riding down a bit and don't try to do it all in once race, though exciting to watch as he really goes for it, might not be his best long term plan. What should help is Ryan Dungey now a part owner of the team along with New England's own Factory Connection.

This season doesn’t disappoint.

AC was flying ... great win for Webb ... i hope all the front runners stay healthy. fun mix.
haven't really been following 250 closely but the Ferrandis hate is stupid. kid is fast.

I am concerned that Barcia might lose his spot to Ferrandis next year, so I want to see Barcia do well. 5th is not too shabby!
Tomac also managed to close the gap on Roczen - they are only separated by 1 point now! Tomac seems to have reigned in his overall approach to the season a little bit more this year, but I wonder how long it will last. 1 bad race result (and subsequent points swing) can bring out the animal in either rider!
i'm still a Barcia fan as well, he's matured a lot ... Ferrandis on a 450 will be interesting. aggressive style will be a benefit.

yup, like everything today, overly sensitive ... i miss watching that series, The Motocross Files, great stuff ... shit, i still throw on the old Carlsbad races and Motoworld now and then. have a ton on VHS. speaking of, a buddy of mine just found an old Southwick race i think that he filmed when the 500's were running. good reminder for me to get that from him.

Local guy Chris Canning makes then 250 night show at Daytona on a KTM.....125. Hope he can make the main but a great accomplishment for sure.
Daytona was nuts. Tomac is an animal. Despite his upbeat comments afterwards, Roczen must be depressed after running away with the first half of the race, only to have Tomac come from something like 7th place, and 8+ seconds back - catch him, and beat him to the finish line. Crazy. No wonder he doesn't want to talk to anybody:
