I would, but I don't have a stitch of gear yet. Also, this bike needs to be uncorked in a big way. I already have the parts on order from "HRC BABY"!!! (Never thought I'd be saying that). Apparently Honda recommends it as they had to stuff the thing up to pass Cali/Fed emissions. Ultra lean downlow (revs jacked @ idle) and is only putting out 75% of it's potential. Apparently the lil piggie will put down 44-48 hp (about a 20% gain!) with $20 in derestricting parts. That's what I call money well spent. If I can get down to Brockton to pickup the basics by the following w/e I should be ready to go. BTW, when did you get the XR? Heath's?

yea i got heath's, about a week ago.
she is tough... too much power and ridiculous gearing for the trails. i have sprockets on order, but its ok, i can still get her around.
i dont have any gear yet either. (using an old street helmet for now, its actually kinda nice, except i recalled why i replaced it, it STINKS!!)
so come on over and get her dirty in the mean time.
no sense in just letting her sit with nothing to do while you wait for parts! I am not letting ashley sit around and collect dust.![]()

Alright....I'll see how it goes and keep you posted. I may be up for some mellow singletrack (that wouldn't require any stickers) as I obviously have quite a bike to get use to.

yea i hear ya, this is quite different than street riding!
I can get ashley around the trails, but i havent completely figured out how to keep her from ejecting me at random intervals just yet.
good news: she takes a beatin with pride and keeps going like nothing ever happened.
bad news: she is heavy and hurts me when i use myself as her landing cushion.

I'll be in Vegas, next weekend..............
Actually I wish I was going this weekend as the AMA Supermoto finals are there this weekend.
Maybe I'll go it alone out at Clough this weekend. If anyone decides to show up, I drive a silver Toyota Tacoma and my bike is a green Kawi KLX300. I hope I see a couple of NESR folk out there.![]()

I went down one in the front of the WR250 cuz she was too low in the powerband in second and to high in first now she's just right in 2nd to cover yah with mud.
I'm down for some tearing shit up in or around clough. My moms lives on the back side of clough and we can ride right from her house.
PLEASE REGISTER IN NH PRIOR TO SHOWING UP FOR A RIDE.
They don't play around. it's like a 120 dolla ticket, and you can get 2 in the same day.
All you need is the vin number.

I have some maintenance crap to complete on the bike still so I will probably pass this w/e. BTW, what does a NH permit run and for how long before expiration?

I may not be able to either...........I'll know later in the day
Last i checked the NH OHRV sticker was $79 for a non resident. It runs from June to June. They do not pro-rate it, even if you buy it in April, you're still paying full price for it to expire in 2 months. The last one i bought, i went in there in the beginning of May and was able to get a full season sticker![]()
