I did not know there was a race at Hodges on Sunday.
:lurk: I'm interested in riding some legal stuff this year...
Well hot damn, if I could get the work on my dirtbike in quick little bursts while I'm still at work at 7:00 PM than you are damn right I would get it done. Alas, all I can do in those quick little breaks is come on here :(
Just messing Joel. You know that I would have been more than happy to help. Hope you get it sorted.
So, how was Hodges?

Dirt-bike trails closed (February 6, 2012) until further notice due to poor conditions and erosion on the trails.
hmmm maybe needs to be updated
from NEDB
The dirt bike trails will be open for use Saturday morning 3/17/2012. The trail conditions have improved to about 90% as of yesterday and should be great for the weekend. Please be aware that a full patrol of the trails has not been complete and there my be branches or trees down in some areas especially on the hill. Please remember to stay on the orange marked trails only and please keep off private posted property.
Thanks for your patience.

the lot is tiny, you can park on the right along the road in if it's packed.
I'll see how much work I can get done around the house tomorrow. I may be able to join you at hodges on Sunday
Damn my new work schedule :sad2:
Pete Sucks!
Thanks for the map. May be commuting with the squirrel man.
What's the deal on "Hodges?" I want to get out on the bike tomorrow...looking for a place to ride and have no idea where to go. That's the problem with being out of MX for 20 years (and never in MA or NH). Never ridden MX around here, so I have no idea where to go. Any help?
Hodges is Pretty much all tight Enduro trails, with a small sandy/pit section on the lower side. There's nothing MX about Hodges area if that's what you're looking for. You'll also need a Mass ORV sticker to ride there, from what i've read, there's about a 99% chance you will be checked for a sticker.
Also, a couple years ago, there was a Hodges MX track in the works. As with most around here, I think they lost the legal/town battles and are no longer open.
I was going to ride at my place tomorrow if nothing came up, but I've been fighting a cold the past 2 days and feel like shit. I hate to get burnt out riding all day and end up more sickerer:dunno:
Thanks for the info. Sounds like I'm outta luck...mx, no reg.
Gotta find some mx trails. This is nothing like when I was a
Kid in Maine. It was so easy then... Good old days.
