any xr80 peeps here?

got a 2000 xr80 that needed to be put back together abit. does anyone have one they can look at and tell me were the carb float vent hose goes to. its not straight like i thought it should be but is formed into a hard but long u shape which leads me to believe it connects to something but i cant see anything. The manual looks like it just hangs out there but i can figure out why its shaped like that. gotta be a reason.

can you describe it or take a picture of this "carb float vent hose"?

is it a hose connected to the outside of the carb?

It should be long enough to go in the space in the swingarm where the shock goes through. If it isn't just buy a longer piece of hose or let it dangle there.

Or down on to the skid plate. It's been a while since I had mine.
