I think you and I work pretty close to each other. I work in the Wellesley Office Park. It's right where RT 128 goes over RT 9. Where do you work? Would you mind if I joined you guys?
Billy
I work over at eScription in Needham. Its right next to Channel 5.

Is there an entrance fee for the wings eating contest?

hey Ill be headin to bike night, just wonderin where you guys will be parked. I usually end up parking at heritage.
We park on the left side of the stage. There should be cones out this time.
nice our own spot :)Quote:

Steve was throwin out props last week!
Hey VirtualBong,
I'm meeting up with Punjistick at Joe's American Bar in Dedham I think around 5pm (we haven't set up an official time yet).
Since I'm meeting him like 2 miles down the highway from where you'll be, I was thinking maybe after I meet him at Joe's, we could meet up with you guys if you dont mind waiting up for us. Then that way we'll have a nice NESR group rolling in together at the field.
Bill
hate to be bearer of bad news but looks like tstorms tomorrow
Yea I just checked the weather on WHDH. It's not looking good!!! I'll wait till tomorrow around 3pm to make my final decision.
The heat and humidity has been miserable these last couple days. Looks like we all have to play it by ear now.... darn it... Whats the props we got from Steve? Reconignized NESR members and coned area just for us to park???
Steve thanked NESR riders for showing up all the time and MCN posting about Tuesdays and stuff. They said they would put out cones for us this week, for our section
That's awesome! I hope we have decent weather. :hmm:
Tuesday, Jun 20:
Times of clouds and sun with a thunderstorm; not as hot. Winds from the WSW at 10 mph. High: 85° F RealFeel: 88° F
Tuesday Night:
Patchy clouds with a thunderstorm possible early in the evening, then pleasant late.
Winds from the WNW at 4 mph. Low: 57° F RealFeel: 58° F
i got rain gear!
Is anyone riding up from Boston? If so, let me know.

Alright here's the deal:
The wing eating contest will be held in front of the stage, as the Globe of Death (Motoshere) will be ON the stage.
We are hoping to have the contest right around 7:00 so if you are thinking of being a contestant, be early!!!!!!
If you really do want to be a contestant, please let either one of us know as soon as you get there. There is no fee to be a contestant either.
We are only going to have 5 or maybe 6 people. Last we knew, there was a definite 3 and a bunch of possibles.
As for the t-storms, no worries!!! We've been really watching the forecast and most stations are saying that it will be really isolated storms that will be quick if anything at all.
Put it to you this way, the Globe of Death is a definite, so even if there are some passing showers, we will be there and we hope that alot of you will be too!!
Yes, the cones will be out, but just keep in mind that they will be the SMALL orange cones and they will be to the left of the stage (past our trailer).
See you tomorrow night!
