What weather?

NOAA forecast for Lowell:

Late Afternoon: A slight chance of showers. Cloudy, with a high near 60. North wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 48. North wind around 6 mph becoming calm.

I'm riding to Lawrence to visit my mom in the hospital. Huge fun.

It's not taken lightly when Steve and Heather Cancel. You have to look at it from their eyes, Vendors coming in from a distance, tonight would have been Windham, Derry and Plaistow. Setting up the field, cones, flags, signage, police details, etc. Then there is Bob over at the ice cream stand and his set up. Plus it's held on grass. One bike goes down and gets hurt it becomes a problem. Some times you get the weather right, some times you don't. I can assure you it was not cancelled with out a lot of thought.
