Once again we find ourselves faced with a very tough decision. We have been paying close attention to the radar maps regarding the projected rain storms for today. There has already been some heavy rain that has hit our area and they are predicting more heavy t-storms for later, specifically between 5:30 and 8:30 pm tonight. With this being right at our event time we’ve made the decision to cancel tonight’s Motorcyclenight event. These storms are being fueled by the off and on sunny weather that we’ve also seen today. Our understanding is that there is potential for severe weather in conjunction with the rain. As we always say, rider safety is our top priority and we feel it’s best to err on the side of caution so we do not risk anyone getting caught in these storms. Believe us, having this many cancellations in a row early on in our season is not something we are pleased about. We have no control over the weather forecasts and have to make the best decision we can based on the information we have at the time. Thank you for all the support and understanding as we continue our battle with mother nature. Have a safe night and see everyone next Tuesday!

I think it's time to pick a new day of the week to have these, isn't this 3 weeks in a row that have been cancelled because of weather

Yes we have had a lot of bad weather on Tuesdays this 2015 season....this was our 4th week in a row that we had to cancel due to weather. It's a record we do not want to have but its something that we can not control, this has never happened to us during the 18 years of us owning and running the event. Here's someone else's thoughts on how so many people say time to change the day... (this was posted on MCN Facebook page) -
"it would be like changing lanes on a highway. as soon as you move it slows down. No study supports the theory that it rains more on Tuesdays than any other weekday. Its only reflected in your disappointment. Statistically though weekends (and Fridays) get the most rain"
