Owens Racing Photos problems ?

Has anyone had any problems getting photos from Owens Racing Photos ? My wife ordered two of me after Tony's August track day. The check cleared in late September. I ran into the photographer at Tony's October track day and asked if there was a problem mailing them or something. He said he would look into it. Here I am a few months later, out the money, and still no photos. We are also not getting any response to any emails to his web email address about the situation.
Anyone had similar problems ? I figured he was a reputable photographer, but now I wonder...

I ordered the Digital Pack for the track day on October 14th, and I haven't seen anything yet either. Should I be worried?

I'll call NEF, he has John's cellphone number.

If there is a problem, I am sure there is a logical reason for it. John is a VERY reputable photographer but he does travel around the world a lot so he may be out of the country temporarily.

I was starting to wonder myself. Hopefully they are able to get them out soon.

On another note did anyone catch any picts of the "ugly Duc" with thier personal camaras? She will hopefully be decommisioned from track duty next year, so the momories would be nice.
