Mick made his shit work, Marquez makes his shit work. try things out and find your shit.

    and maybe get heavier springs
We agree that there is no 100 percent right way. And that ArcticRubi shouldn't worry about this. But I'd have to call bullshit on your other statement. Where does this legend of perfectly square body position come from? No top level racer that I look through pictures of doesn't rotate around the base of the tank at least a little bit to get forward going into the corners.

Hopefully my newly altered suit will render me looking a little less "puffy." Damn thing fit me like a potato sack.

I wonder if that white one is the same suit! I rented it, then bought it used at Vanson, then sold it to someone here, don't remember the name.

I bought it from a guy named Crash on here. It's a US 54. I tried in Jim's US 48 (he's similar size) and I couldn't get my shoulders in his suit. I've been cursed with this big, beautiful, broad shoulders. This 54 came up for sale and I snagged it. Fits like a dream up top but the waist and thigh area is built for a 350 pound man I'd guess. Vanson was really cool about the alteration process, good group down there. If it fits will, I'll probably just have it cleaned and dyed over the winter and skip the new suit.

That's the one. I hereby christen you the new "Mr. Staypuff." Or perhaps I should leave that to Chipper. The torso and arms were a little short for me but there's definitely room for a friend in the waist.
