Question Which Bike Should I Bring?

So I have been told that VIR is a very fast track with long straights on it, so my question is, will I still have loads of fun with the 500, or should I bring the 636 because it is better suited?

My answer wasnt good enough for you? Youve got room for both, take both. That way there is a spare available in case someone happens to do what someone happened to do last time.....

    Which Bike Should I Bring?

If I had an EX500 (and I well may come march) I do not think I'd bring it to VIR unless I had a ton of extra space in my truck/trailer and had no reason not to. Unless you crash your 636 and it's unrideable I don't think you'd have any desire to run the EX at VIR, it's long and fast like you said.

I thought the same thing when I brought my Motard down to VIR. Yeah, I was pretty much at top speed waaaaaaaay before the dogleg on the front straight but it still felt awesome. I have no regrets at all of bringing a slower bike to that track. You'll most likely have just as much fun on the EX as your sportbike, and if you dump it, it's no big deal seeing it's a racebike

haha, funny story, me and my old boss were out one night and met a couple girls, this girls asked him what he does, he answers 'I'm unemployed'. She looks at him, then nods toward me, well, what does he do? 'He works for me'.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

bring both...its the comfort of knowing you have a choice...especially going all that way

like...what if on the way down lightening struck your one bike...if you had two...you would still be ok
