No camping at NHMS this year?

There's a thread on the Yankee Beemers website about a Fishtail track day in August they are planning to attend.

One of them stated:

My check in also in the mail today. Too bad camping at the track is not available - we should check...with Tony's Track days you can usually enter the track after 6pm the night before and camp in the infield.

And

Well, Not anymore, There are new owners of NHIS, Track now opens at 7:30am and they are very strict about the new policy. The old days are well the old days, Still will be a great event!

Is this indeed a new policy or are they misinformed?

Misinformed! If they are not allowing overnight camping it's because Fishtail does not want to pay for the overnight security like TTD and BoMo do..at least that's my understanding

We've already had an event... and camping... so unless something changed in the last couple of weeks and no one told me?

Camping is allowed when the trackday vendor pays for it.
