I spent 6 in Tampa and 99% of my life in places that have similar weather till i got suckered in to moving up here. I hate the humidity and the sun. I loved tampa summers when it rained 2 weeks straight.. At the time i drifted and didnt have a bike so rain worked good for me. I still have a lot of friends and family and Florida is deffinitely a lot of fun.
Good to see one more guy amongst us. Tony's and BostoMoto are the preferred TD providers in this forum. If you are going to be doing NJMP, which might be a pretty good option granted you will be in CT, you could use Absolute Cycle, Team Promotion or Nesba.
Our roads are better than them ultimate slab ride's your used to...
Welcome!
it really depends on what part of Florida you are talking about.. Ocala and Brooksville have hills and turns.. and some place going towards Orlando from Tampa has turns as well. but it is pretty weak when you compare it to North Carolina and the Blue Ridge Parkway which has trumphed everything I've come across out here in Rhode Island but I hear i need to go out west more and north.
I miss FL. Yeah it's flat and straight but it's just a life-long vacation down there. The women are amazing, and the ratio is like ten to one (where I was anyway, Palm Coast/Daytona).
Welcome dude.
heres a video from last weekend at PBIR. corners are so wide you can get lost out there haha.

That track looks like it has perfect quality pavement...
if you ride NHMS you can pretty much ride anywhere. its very technical.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...
