Thanks man, I'm gonna give it about a week to just sit and just let my ankle strengthen up a bit! Then I'll rip the plastics off and see where the real damage is if any! I might need your help trying to get this bish to start again, I have a feeling its just a connection somewhere ( i already unplugged and replugged the Bank Angel Sensor so thats not it, and my battery connectors are on snug)

I can help with the tear down but you'd be much better off with someone who can diagnose the problem. There are people on here that are far better than me that would be willing to help. To be clear though, I'll still drink beer that you buy.

thanks pete, yea Nick was right behind that R6 so he saw the whole thing happen and he has it on camera as well...he seemed a lil shaken up from seeing it happen first hand esp knowing it was me ya know? But he got back out there and ripped it up! His bike sounds sweet out there

06 Swingarm inspected by GMD and its straight with gilles chaine adjusters for 150$
battery tray for 50$ shipped
superbike tail with seat and back pad for 100$

now all I need is woodcraft pedal and shift linkage, case covers, and a fairing stay and im allset as far as big stuff goes hopefully

More so than you might think. I broke that same bone in my left leg a number of years back but for me that was a minor O yea. I have a steel rod in my leg for 18 months while the rest of the damage healed.

Also as you guys can see the plastics arn't to be up either! except the tail....but i wanted to get a superbike tail anyways! I've done a lil fiberglass work in my day so we will see how that goes. If worse comes to worse I have a friend who does body work and said he will help me

Shitty situation, glad you aren't hurt too bad. He said he thought you broke your ankle, and i guess he was pretty close to being right.

yea You can't let it get you down.....It was an accident, i was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Its the end of the riding season too so w/e, now it gives me an excuse to upgrade a few parts on the bike as well.

Only thing thats gonna suck is I might not be able to run/hike or stuff like that for 4 weeks, which sucks cause I wanted to do a lot of hiking this fall.


Bottom line it coulda been worse, both me and the bike, especially for what actually happend, so I'm happy that im good to go!
