They're a Michelin Camp.
Frank and Steve from MotoClinic handle all of that stuff. No idea what their prices are. They're at 516-442-1118 if you wanna ring 'em. Be warned, though... they're from Lawngguyland, so they tawk funny.

Not sure if it'll help, but I can mount tires for you towards the end of the day Tuesday down at T-Bolt, either a new set of Pirellis or your own if you bring them. That way you don't have to worry about rushing around at Monti the morning of your trackday.

It looks like only the lodge has a room, but $180 for a couple hours sleep is crazy... Any recommendations on somewhere next to the road near the track to pull over and sleep in the trailer?
