    Thumbs up for Canaan and Penguin

    I had an awesome time at Canaan this past Saturday. Penguin always puts on a top notch program. I was worried that the track would be too tight for an old guy on a old ZX9R, but it was a blast. Nice new pavement with no bumps, and the new back straight let me get some pretty good speed up. Greenwood taught me a lot (I've got to work on my body position a lot more) and it was fun to have Eric and Shane blast by me in the corners. I'll be going back, and I encourage others to try out the Canaan track.
    Of course the best part was seeing Jersey there. What a riot. You haven't changed a bit man ! I'll come cheer you on at the classic weekend.

    Can't agree more. This weekend was a blast. The track at Canaan is great, smooth, quick in spots tight in others. Great character. As always the people at Penguin are top notch. By the end of the weekend I felt so comfortable on my bike, even in the rain. The NESBC was/is a great introduction to racing. I look forward to doing it again in July.

    Hey fellow NESR guy - what Group/Bike were you on? I was the guy on the big green behemoth of a ZX9R that still doesn't know how to get off the side of my bike properly.
