The beauty of trackdays is that it's easy to make new friends when everyone is doing something they enjoy.

Are you coming in on the night of the 15th for the trackwalk, BBQ, etc?

I'm coming up the 15th but due to work i doubt i'll make the track walk. I prob wont be out till 4 and am 2 hours away

i'll def be in the garage for a little while getting the bike set up and such tuesday night. I'm picking up some rearsets monday night so i'll probably be putting those on at the track . . . . no more draggin peg in the bowl, i didnt like that feeling lol

Dragging hard parts might be a body position thing. The more you get off the bike, the more the bike stands up in a corner. It also allows for a larger tire contact patch.

I would talk to one of the instructors on body positioning.

ya i did have to fix my body positioning a bit later that day so who knows. I just scared me so i never went at the bowl as hard. i def needed to get off the bike a little more, think i finally got the positioning better my last 2 sessions. IT was my first track day so i was pretty nervous all morning. did manage to get my knee down in T1 last session so it was all finally coming together

On Wednesday, make sure you grab an instructor and have him (her) follow around during a session so (s)he can tell you where you may need to correct your positioning. It's a REAL help.

I'm coming up Tuesday night between 6-630. I'm allowed to bring my bike into the garage over night for Wednesday? Am I also allowed to leave my trailer in the parking lot? That's great if I can. I'm coming straight from work and staying @the RRI

I use www.accuweather.com and it's looking just fine to me.

Slight chance late in the day. Usually happens right when we get off track.
