    If you are talking about the straight on the back of the full course (past 7 of the north) I have heard the elevation changes are so strong coming down that many new riders just miss the turn altogether.....Ive never ridden it, but I'd really love to. I think a couple of folks from here did last year.

    If you are talking about the straight on the north course just remember to turn right about halfway....I'm always amazed at how much it takes to get the bike leaned right coming through there...

    There is probably another fast straight somewhere on there.....

    I bet that's something I (and other people who have only ever ridden Loudon) will notice when we check out the NJ track day in october... the gyroscopic forces you're fighting against when trying to countersteer must be huge at higher speeds... which you don't really see during turn in at Loudon... at least not at my pace.
