Fair question. We actually made enough off this round to finance a road course in the White Mountains...
Okay, okay. Yes, we do indeed turn a small profit. I'd hafta double check, but I think we made literally a coupla bucks on each sale. The cost of the shirts also included shipping which starts at $5.20...
Re: Shirts - Anniversary Style...
Don't worry if you haven't gotten 'em yet. I can assure you, each & every order has been sent. Ironically, Priority Mail only gets you guaranteed delivery but will NOT guarantee a delivery date. The gals at my local post office said that once the delivering post office gets the package, they have up to 2 weeks to get it delivered. Again though, they won't guarantee that. Go figure, right?
Re: Shirts - Anniversary Style...
My eyes popped a little when I saw the $5.20 price on the shipping label.
I know the logistics would drive you bat-shit and I don't blame you for having zero interest in trying to deal with pickups... but Center Barnstead is a nice afternoon ride from my place.

We could save a little if we used the flat rate Priority Mail envs., but I'm tired of trying to stuff shirts into those tiny fuckin' things...
Re: Shirts - Anniversary Style...
Sounds like the typical time vs money thing.
I think we collectively have the money to save you the time. No complaints here.
Although I am going to stain the crap out of that very white shirt in about 0.00003 seconds. I'm surprised I didn't get something on it just taking it out of the mailer.

Priority is pretty much the least expensive really, and really the most simple for me...
We went with white due to the many requests over the years by members that're corner workers as well as others that like white. I'm not a fan, but I got one of each myself. Too white, but damn they look nice. This particular shirt was a one-timer. We'll probably go back to the design we've used in the past for the next order(s)...

Thanks I was not trying to sound rude or anything just didn't want to buy a shirt if they were 150% marked up and have profits just go to someone and not help motorcyclists in some way.
I noticed I missed this deadline, let me know if you have extra long/short sleeve left over (if you ordered any extra) or keep me posted on the next round if you do another :)

Oh hell no. Anyone who's done this knows no one's getting rich off it. Most of what we make from the site goes straight back into the upkeep & upgrades & server costs etc associated with the site. This particular round we actually made less because they were a new design (two new screens) and they're 2-colors (more colors, more cost) and postage increased a bit, yet we didn't charge any more than the typical shirts we do. We also check other sites & stores to make sure what we ask is in line or less expensive than others, then we factor in shipping. Again, no one's buying vacation homes in the Caymens doing this...
