i was going to wait until i got pics with the bellypan on and some vinyl but who knows what thats gonna happen. The BP is on now, waiting on the vinyl, still not sure what i want to do...
What has been done:

tail lifted 1 1/2"
zero gravity double bubble
+2 in the rear sprocket
rear veiw camera with 2 1/2" monitor with night vision
636 front master cylinder
extended kick stand to compensate the tail lift
clear alternative integrated tail light
short stalks in the frt
relocated plate to the batt. box with 4 LED's lighting the plate
wired for heated gear(have jacket and gloves...some of us ride year round )
LP carbon fiber frame sliders
Motosomthing-or-other case sliders
EBC Kevlar Streetracer clutch
636 forks
636 radial brakes with Ti caliper bolts
SS lines
EBC HH
"crispy's" bar end mirrors

What was done over the winter:
-penske rear shock
-forks - GMD rebuild...springs, race valves inside, tubes annodized black, adjusters red
-put the stock windscreen back on
-filled bars with led shot
-removed camera in prep for a new project/product that will record and is weather proof
-1+2/w a new chain
-repainted the kickstand
-zx9r flywheel/stator/cover
-new frame sliders
-relocated the frt signals to the radiator and replaced them with LED's
-removed the GenMar risers
-removed the radiator shrouds
-wrapped the hoses in SS covers
-wrapped a Molson XXX can around the starter
-repainted the hugger
-installed zx9r cams with Falicon adjustable sprockets then immediately put the stock ones back in becuase i lost all low end lol...will try again when i have the time to tune it right.
-checked clearances and replaced 1 shim
-SS rear line
-new EBC HH's all around
-changed oil, coolant and brake fluid
-relocated the horn behind the windscreen.
