ran this last night at bike night. they use what Rye? Eddy Current 250?
max power = 146.3
max torque = 50.1
i dont believe the torque is 50. i mean a 600 bike makes what? about 46 torque? this is bullshit?

Your bike makes closer to 80 ft-lbs to the rear wheel. I don't know what's up with that dyno sheet.
You can see that the torque plots starts off what would be correctly...and then something weird happens...

The torque thing was fucked up there, but the HP is right, his bike is as rye said very new and the weather was a little shitty. They also did a rolling start form 4k in 4th gear rather than ripping through the gears and it isnt corrected at all.

Why do they use mph too... RPM is so much better to read off of. Sure you can do the math, but c'mon.
The Tq is definatly off. The curves should cross at 5252RPM. Again; you can prolly do the math yourself based on HP numbers and speed.

I don't get it, it looks like a hokey chart, when you have a dyno run done aren't they usually based on engine rpm, this one looks like it is based on mph . if that's what you get for a slip of paper after you beat the shit out of your bike, I wouldn't put my bike thru it for free, and people pay for this service?

Kham wasnt the one on the dyno, it was one of the guys from RJ's, and they have been doing it for years. The dyno wasnt corrected for anything so thats why it shows lower numbers. RJ also said if they ripped through every gear from 2nd gear up it would show better numbers.

There is more to the PC than just getting max HP. If the guy on the dyno knows his shit, and uses the PC tuning link software, it can't get any better than that.
but you all have seen a stock 600 can put out about what? 46 ft-lbs? i mean how can other stock setup can put out about 70 ft-lbs and mine is 20 less? the HP is about right but fuck. do you think the guy whos been doing dyno for so many yrs will admit he missed something?

That thing is really fucked up. The Torque curve should be continuous (no breaks). If I'm reading this right, every time there is a break it is saying your bike was putting out zero torque...so from 42-60mph, and 82-112 mph your bike produces no torque...that is not possible. How did it get from 42 to 60 mph if no torque was being produced? It also should not instantaneously jump...think you got hosed.
