I certainly wish stoner was riding for one more year. Then we would have stoner, pedrosa, rossi, lorenzo all battling for the top spot.

I know the 1000's are entirely a different beast, but Marquez's race was more exciting. I'm kinda glad I watch the MotoGP race first. Moto2 is like dessert.

I was just looking over the results for the 2012 season. Over 18 races, only 3 different riders won: Dani Pedrosa(7), Jorge Lorenzo(6) and Casey Stoner(5)

I would love to see Vale come back and just ROMP it this season on the Yamaha and reclaim his title, however it would also be nice to see a more evenly balanced field this season with more than 3 contenders each race.

Marquez will not win a title this year. These bikes are complex and rookies are often fast at first, only to get a bit bogged after a crash or just going from track to track. It IS the most exciting season in a loooong time though!
