Right now I'm working on developing a Gen 2 subframe to fit the 08 and up R6 tail. Although I like the Triumph tail better.
I should have something worked up in a few weeks. Depending on how busy things are.

Reviving this thread because I just put a gsxr tail on my gen1. It's ugly and looks like a beaver tail, but it fits and works well enough. My question is a general ergonomics one: the tail fits fine but the angle is basically flat, like a dirtbike seat. I noticed on my cbr the seat angle is pretty radical in comparison. What's the point of this? Should I adjust my subframe for a higher seat position and seating angle? Here's a pic for all to see.
