    A Bike Master lithium $70
    Good Gel $60
    Ok AGM about 60

    Cheesy 40

    WHo trusts a lithium

bike sits around alot , I though the lithiums were MORE tolerant of storage

I bought the small Battery Tender branded LiFESO4 for my KTM and it has worked great so far.

I have a Shorai in my KTM mx and it hasn't let me down yet. They are a little pricey though.

At the risk of posting useful information, lithium batteries store for a long time with very little self discharge. I think the manufacturers say a year. HOWEVER- little drains are murder on them. They will NOT come back from being left discharged. I don't know if the OP's bike has a computer memory to maintain.

    Re: Batteries dirtbike

    No its an old DRZ250

the electrics are starter and lights only

    ignition is cd

In the past once I kicked it alive after a couple of minutes riding the battery had enough to start her for the rest of that ride, but the battery is too
far gone and needs to be replaced. Since I put on the trials tire there is so much traction that a little error and it stalls out
