    I Beat my speeding ticket

here is my original post about it...

    http://www.nestreetriders.com/forum/...peeding+ticket

went to court today, and since radar was not checked on my the ticket, the magestrate said that one of the boxes that indicates radrar, clocked or estimated, needs to be checked off. and nothing was.....so she said i was lucky to make a copy of the ticket, most people don't. I was found not responsible!!!!

responsible or not responsible = pay or don't pay $
guilty or not guilty = jail or no jail

But when we ride very fast motorcycles, we ride with immaculate sanity. We might abuse a substance here and there, but only when it's right. The final measure of any rider's skill is the inverse ratio of his preferred Traveling Speed to the number of bad scars on his body. It is that simple: If you ride fast and crash, you are a bad rider. If you go slow and crash, you are a bad rider. And if you are a bad rider, you should not ride motorcycles.

    WINNER WINNER

    BeanTown R6

    GLAD you WON.

You're setting an example that the police ARE held to a higher standard of conduct etc.................

The ticket has boxes for a reason.
Info needs to be correct, filled in etc..............

There's more to it than what's seen on the face of the ticket.

Enjoy the money you $aved !

-Suf Daddy going in on the 10th................

    Congrats R6!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Good Luck Suf.....oh and BTW...see you at Loon this Season....can't wait....

I too had sent a ticket in.....Clerk said that the cop had nothing to prove that I was speeding. I'm guessing it was a similar situation. Either way, I didn't ask.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth!.............
