    Re: New Bike

Well as far as the comfort factor for this type of bike, I rode 530 miles in 1 day at the beginning of last month on my warrior and was not sore at all. Before I deployed I did a 435 mile ride on my CBR1000 and did not want to look at the bike for weeks afterwards. So I guess it depends on the person.

I know I could have looked into some other types of bikes that were not a pure sport bike, but to me they have no appeal. This bike looks awesome to me, and so don't 1000cc sport bikes, and like I said I'll probably get another sport bike eventually, but right now for me this bike fits the bill.

I though of doing a 210 kit on the back and maybe some engine work over the winter, not sure though.

Keep the skinny tire, you'll thank me later $ . If it's Fuel Injected, get a good tune and let it be. Putting work into the motor wont get you much unless you go big and big = $ and trouble. Use a good synthetic oil change it every 3 - 5K then once a year transmission and primary and you'll be all set for trouble free miles.

    Re: New Bike

I can dig it! Somethin bout the rear fender doesn't sit right with me, but the rest of it I dig!

I've been kinda eyeing some of the cruisers at Motorcycle Night lately. I'm no where near being in the market for one just yet, but I wouldn't mind one later on. Maybe in a few years.
