    Bike bodywork

So last year, me and my friend took a late season ride in october up to route 17. Due to my stupidity, while we were setting up the camera on his bike, I put my bike on its kickstand on a slight slope. I gave it the shake test, and walked away.

The wind was mighty that day, and next thing I know, 5 minutes later my bike falls over, I know, i'm dumb. I took my frustration out on route 17 after that, and it helped.

All that needs to get painted is the tail, and the side fairing. The side fairing also has a crack in it from the previous owner tightening a bult to hard which would need to be fixed as well.

Now, I have a guy that does all my car work. I trust him, I don't go anywhere else. I was banking on him to do my bike for me, but he said he didn't want to....not going back there ever again, really bummed me out.

So my friend has a really good connection with a cheaper guy that does work down in wakefield who has given him some killer deals in the past. I said, what the hell, and drove my bike down there. He comes back asking 700 to paint to pieces that I would take off the bike for him and put back on. We said see ya later. He came back with 500, but I still think that is a bit too high, especially for a cheaper guy that doesn't do the best work. I'd pay 500 for my normal guy to do it, but this one.

So where do you guys suggest? Anyone here comfortable, I remember seeing a thread of painting full sets of race plastics for like $300, could be wrong though

If I can figure out how to upload a picture to NESR straight from my cell phone, i'll post up a pick of the side fairing, thanks guys!

He's in framingham, I'd prefer not to travel an hour to get this done, but I'm going to contact him anyway, might end up going that way.

    Anyone have any other suggestions?
