I have one from Motocomm. I wish I got the Go Pro instead. It looks a lot easier to use. I did crash and land on my Motocomm, and if it is trashed I will get the Go Pro.

Another for the gopro... endless mounting options and quality is good. Get yourself a couple sets of NiMh rechargeables and a charger and several 1 or 2 gig SD cards and rotate throughout the day

I haven't had a chance to go through it yet but I have some really cool footage from this past weekend... camera is at the very back of the bike on the tail and facing forward.

it does look that way but its not. the rubber rear cover already broke on mine and the top slide got some dust in it which made it grind as it slid back and forth .. it is demonstrated as an on off road type of camera but doesnt hold up to the environment its in.. heres some vids i took with it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XCpa-CjjMw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcfX718BW9Q http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41bZ3TBiMB4

how much are going to use this thing, if its a regular thing, get the dedicated video cam, if not, just an occasional video, just use a regular digital camera that has a video feature (most of them do) the risk is dirt getting into the lense mechanism and ruining the camera

You can get the current one for like 160 shipped and it comes with mounts and everything... the newer one coming out does sound a lot cooler but it's like 400 bucks. The current one works well enough that I'm not sure I would drop the extra ching...
