    Thumbs down Bike Stolen

thats right, just earlier this morning, i suspect around 4am, my bike was stolen out of my bike yard. please spare me the "oh you did this wrong and need to do this" because looking back obviously i couldve done more. I only had the steering lock on and a bike cover over it. I have a brake disc lock as well but it wasnt on. you could see where they tried to push it across my grass in circles (because of the steering lock). it was there at 2am, and not there at 6 am. already filed a report and all that BS but i sure dont have my hopes up.

but if anyone does see a 01 R1 blue/white with a dark tint windscreen and a few other telltale characterisitics you could sure let me know.

PS. i live in Randolph, so dont ever park there overnight....or ever at all really.

If you look down, you go down. That may be fun at an orgy, but it sucks on a bike

Damn man sorry to hear. I'll keep my eyes open but I doubt it'll be found though.

glad my bike is striped of all the plastics right now so no one would want it. Good thing I'm taking my bike 800 miles away next week. get as far away from these thieves as possible.

Randolph hasn't really been a nice place for like the last 10 years.

    Re: Bike Stolen

So, with a stolen bike, they obviously ain't gonna go register it, so what happens, they break it down to parts and sell em? And who would buy em?

Or they throw track plastics on it, call it a track bike and sell it on ebay saying that it was an insurance write-off and the title was lost. I hate hearing stories like this, so happy my bike sleeps deep in my garage!

Sorry to hear man! I would say they got what is coming to them, but we all know that the honest man always looses and the criminals always seem to win.
