I gave my bike a little boo-boo while unloading it by myself on Sunday after I got back... just a little scratch on the left rear but still Maybe if I wasn't such a dork I'd have some friends that could help me unload it

I think I'm gonna paint the whole bike green anyway. I hear that adds at least 7 - 10 horsepower.

No, Donny, these men are nihilists. There's nothing to be afraid of.

    Z-Rex!

    Z-Rex!

All bow to the mighty stump-puller of a bike!

These things handle JUST FINE. I got video to prove it

I commute 150 miles a day on mine. Corbin is nice for my boney little ass.

Even after an hour and 45 minutes of riding on my way home from work, I still loft the front wheel a little comin up my street. It's just sooooo easy.....

    My $.02

If comfort is a factor, and you want a mid hp bike, Katana is the way to go. I have a co-worker that has one and it is very comfortable.

If you are looking to upgrade in power, the ZRX (1100 or 1200) is the best I have ever sat on. Nikon's bike is very comfortable, and upright feeling(as comfortable as a Corbin)...However, has an ass load of power (just have to repect it).

I would at least sit on a ZRX...It's worth it.

    How much?

So Steve, what are you going to be asking for that old nighthawk?

I had one of those as my first bike a couple years ago. Great ride. I wante to "upgrade" and scared the shit out of myself and have had a bunch of bikes since.

I had a TL1000s with Heli bars on it. That was the only bike that I NEVER EVEN THOUGHT about the ergos on it. It was mad powerfull and fun on the highway and sweepers, but was too eager to pitch me off in winding twisties...

I had a 1st gen SV650n. Less comfy than the Night Hawk, but not by much. Lighter. Surprisingly, not a lot more powerfull or tourquy.

I had an '01 GSXR750. What a rack. Never felt like I was using 1/3 of it's power or handling. Slapped some Helis on that too, and it was MUCH nicer. The thieves thought so too

Got me a ZX-9r. Felt long and wide in the tank but was comfy powerfull, but not tooo powerfull, but handles kinda heavy after the GSXR. I had a dirt bike by then also, so... $250 for rear tires twice a year, $20 spark plugs, $120 chains, sprockets and all that....sold!

2nd Gen SV650s. Same ergos as the GSXR except.... not as uncomfortable some how.... Any way, peped up a little from the 1st gen and things don't wear uot as fast as on 750+s and don't cost as much to replace when they do.

I also rode my GF's 600 Katana a LOT last year. That was The Bike as far as I was concerned if I wanted to Go Someplace. Not more powerfull than the Night Hawk, the 750 version might be just the ticket.
