I like them a lot.
Most importantly, value. Almost never paid full price for one. One with a salvage title went for almost $10k on eBay. You could get them all day long for $5k and if you still can if you look hard enough.
They won’t be going down in value ever. I’m not saying they will be worth tons of money, but they sure as shit won’t be moving down.

I was on a roll for a while, but I'm quickly losing interest in street riding, mountain bikes having taken over for a bazillion good reasons.
Bought mine New off the show room floor in 1979. Paid $2100 put 45 thousand on the clock, mine had spokes wheels with a single front disc. didn't think they made ones with dual discs and spokes??Another GS750 man....
The EN version had dual discs and aluminum wheels. I paid $600 for mine in 1986.

Be hard to find one now in stock A1 condition for that price... clapped out ones I have also seen going for more..I paid $600 for mine in 1986.
