    Bleeding Brake lines

    I just got Goodridge brakelines for the front I dont have one of those mity vacs and I have no clue how to do this swap. I could use a much need hand......

    Read what Jankster linked. Keep in mind though that you're gonna be starting from scratch basically. Once you get the lines installed and start running the fluid through, just make sure you don't let the fluid level in your reservoir get low enough to suck in air. Once the lines are filled, you'll notice that the bleed lines aren't 'farting' any more and there'll be a steady stream of fluid coming out...

    If ya wanna come up here Saturday afternoon, I'd be happy to give ya a hand with it. JC's coming up so we can put on my new tires, but that won't take us all that long. I have everything we need to do your brakes except for the fluid...

    i dont use the vac on bikes

    its so easy brakes r gravy 2 work on i get the fuckers bleed before i can get the vac out of my box

    Sure thing, Dougie Doug! But the 8th being a Monday, I hafta work. Yes, it's true. I DO work...

    Just bring your parts up, I have all the tools we'll need. Don't bother with the bleeder-thingy though. Honestly, they're useless on bikes. Great with cages, but useless with bikes...
