Re: BMW 1000 RR or Motard (DRZ)

Ok DRZ is no longer an option. But still looking for a cheap, MA street legal motard. I'm in absolutely no rush and I will not overpay. I will actually either under pay or won't buy. I'm looking for a DEAL.
Has to be street legal and registerable in MA. I won't register it in VT or Greece to get a title and all that.
My understanding is anything more than a DRZ will
Require some work here and there. Goal is still to keep that to a minimum but I get it now it's a requirement if I want a powerful motard.
    Thank you for helping all

You are going to be shopping for a loooong time.

Why do you think I bought a DRZ? And remember I live in NH where the requirements to get a plate are significantly more lax than what you face.

That's ok. Like I said I'm not in a rush. I can wait. I can get it in the winter or never.
Is a YZxxxF among what I'm looking? The CRF would probably be the most fun but the least reliable right?

    Unicorns aren't seasonal; their fictional.

Can you plate a CRF in MA without the out of state loopholes?

If it already has a title yes.

Crf, yzf, kxf, rmz, all the same level of mx motor reliability, or lack thereof.
It really depends how you ride it, and subsequently maintain it.
It's not something I would personally want for the street.
    If I were chasing a street motard, it's gonna be a lc4 (like the 625 fs here) a husky 610, or a 690smc.
They're all out of your budget, and not likely to go for within your budget, even in winter.
You could get a 620/640e and save up and get some tard wheels over the winter, and have a big lump of a dirty toy now.

buy a drz, change your requirements, or close the thread.

(FYI all those mx bikes come with a certificate of origin... not title)
