I took a ride to Dunbar in Brockton and found a bike that I liked. They wont budge on the price so I am just exploring my options by looking at other dealerships that may have a little haggle room for either the bike or some options to go with it. Anyone have any good things to say about other dealerships I may be able to check out?

I bought an S1000rr from Nic at Second Wind in 2010. I was very happy with them, it was a no bullshit buying process. I can't really speak to pricing as it was a demo bike and there were not a lot of them around at that time.
I've bought 3 BMW's from Max. Didn't pay retail for any of them.

Thank you to my sponsors: Sidi / AMSOIL / Klutch Industries
I'll give them a call on tues and see if they feel like making any deals if they have what I want. Their web site is showing one similar but priced higher than what I have got so far.

Bought my Triumph from Second Wind BMW Triumph last fall. Highly recommended.
Try Razee's, discount season is starting already I am noticing
Yamaha
Razees is on my list, bought my Ducati there and they treated me pretty well.
I am going to wait till the July promotions hit the BMW dealers too, see what they have to offer.

I also bought my BMW from Nic at SecondWind BMW
in Merrimack NH. Great experience. Great deal.
The building to the left of GBM in Arlington (dunno if this is also part of GBM).
I've never purchased, nor do I know anyone who as purchased a bike from here so all I can vouch for is the fact that they have BMWs for sale.
49 states do it one way, and Massachusetts does it their own way.
I belong to Yankee Beemers, the largest BMW club in NA, though I haven't owned one for 15 years. I'd say in order of deals I've heard about the dealers are:
1. Max
2. Second Wind
3. Wagoners
4. Razee
You guys are great! I will report back after some calls etc. to see how things play out.

I hate that most of these dealers are closed on Mondays.

I love Max's but my dad works there now so NOW I am biased.
I loved them before too!
Another vote for second wind.. I have been going to them for about 10 years now, they take good care of their customers.
Honda CBR 600RR(Track), BMW S1000RR(Street)
Wagner bent over backwards for me on my GSA. They even painted it red for me instead of white. I had a good expirience with them and I had a couple thousand knocked off.

Well, I just threw some money down on a new toy from MAX. Bike hasn't even made it to the dealership yet, but it is on a truck going that way already, should be there by Friday. Hell yeah!!! 1st new bike in 15 years not counting the 2nd hand dirty toys. Salesman was helpful and gave me a pretty good deal that I was happy with. The stable grows..

What did you get?
I went with an old man ride, I got an R 1200GS in Alpine white. The Ducati makes my wrists hurt like a mofo if I ride it for more than an hour these days. I decided to keep the ol Duc anyway, just can't get myself to sell it.
This is a generic photo, mine is still in a crate in the back of a truck. But this one looks like it has the same options that I got.

The 1200GS is no old man ride. It will shock you with how well it does everything. The swiss army knife of motorcycles. Did you get shift assist? Bags?
Normal is an illusion, what is normal to the spider is chaos to the fly.
No bags yet, gotta save up some more cash to get those. But it does have the shift assist and all the other tech goodies. And I will be getting the GPS that is way more than just a GPS on this bike.

Congrats, buddy of mine had one. It pulled pretty hard and was quite the versatile ride.

My wife has one. Only thing missing is shift assist. Got that on my RT though. And yes, the gps is over the top too. You can use Harley Davidson trip planning site and download the files to your BMW nav unit, Garmin makes both systems but Harley has an easier to use planning system..
The Wasserboxer is substantially more powerful than the previous gens.
Yankee Beemers is a great club.
