    New BMW's

Who has ridden the BMW S1000r or the BMW XR1000r interested in hearing what people think about the suspension, motor and fueling before I test ride either.

Unless you're 11 feet tall you're not going to like the XR. It's taller than my wife's 1200GS. I haven't actually ridden it, after sitting on it, l didn't want to anymore.

    I wouldn't rule out the R1200R either.

A friend just traded in his S1000R after owning it about a year for the XR. He is on here sometimes as Blast54. You can pm him and I am sure he will give you a good opinion of both.

I saw an R 1200R yesterday driving into Providence on 146. I liked it a lot, awesome looking bike. Not sure if I like it $15,000, but a very cool bike.

Just ride one with dynamic mode and shift assist. You don't have to buy it, just ride one. With sticky tires you can drag the cylinder heads! P.S. it has to be the new liquid cooled version
